Model 1 · Reagent Rental Model

Equipment placement – Reagent supply

Trường Khánh installs Getein equipment at the healthcare facility with no upfront investment cost; costs are recovered through the sales of reagents and consumables used on the analyzer throughout the partnership. This equipment-placement model is common across the IVD industry in Vietnam, letting facilities access new technology without fixed-asset capital investment.

Model 2 · Direct Sale (CAPEX) Model

Equipment sale – Reagent sale

The healthcare facility purchases the equipment (CAPEX investment) at a competitive price and independently orders reagents based on actual usage needs. Suited for facilities with a fixed-asset investment budget already planned, that want long-term equipment ownership and to allocate depreciation into their input costs.

Local dealer partnership
